Seriously insomnia will be the death of me if i don’t get some actual 8 hour sleep days. I’m currently in sleep debt. Well doctors shall be visited so I can get some medicine. Clearly herbal teas, tinctures, meditation and naps are not giving me enough sleep.

Also maybe it’s the bed. Too soft and I want it to be a King.

I’m going to try a guided meditation and then nap. Cause I’m not editing my book anymore for now.
